• If the winning Twitter user does not live in New Zealand, the prize will be re-drawn.
• Equinox IT reserves the right to invalidate Twitter followers from the competition where it considers that a user has breached these terms and conditions.
• Equinox IT shall not be responsible for any incomplete, incorrect, late, lost, or misdirected follows, including any follows not completed due to technical problems.
• The prize is valid only for the person whose owns the Twitter account. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
