Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen years experience in multiple IT disciplines.
• Minimum of five years architecture experience with a business focus.
• Proven consulting and leadership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills in decision-making, risk analysis and impact analysis.
• Ability to work and quickly build relationships at various levels within an organisation and across multiple business areas.
• Broad technical experience and proven capability in defining the solution architecture of enterprise-class systems.
• Proven capability in architecture and infrastructure design and practical experience in the implementation and subsequent operation of these technologies.
• Strong software development background with a sound technical understanding of ideally both the .Net and Java technology stacks.
• Able to provide services to clients that may range from assessing the architecture of technology solutions to initiating pragmatic EA programmes of work.
• Ability to take responsibility for guiding future IT investment decisions across business processes, information domains and systems.
• Knowledge and experience in a range of development environments and architecture frameworks.
• In-depth experience in the software development lifecycle including object-oriented development techniques, processes and methods.
• Additional experience in another technical discipline such as data management, infrastructure, networking or security is preferred.
