We will help you to:

Standardise and optimise your practices

We will help you get ‘the way you do things’ out of your head and mapped into repeatable business practices that can be followed by a team and optimised and automated to be more efficient.

Address your problems and needs

IT initiatives that focus on the solution, and don’t address a problem or need, will squander your precious funding and time. We will work directly with you and your team to uncover your problems and needs, and prepare requirements for a solution to address these.

Select the best IT products for your company

With a growing company to manage you can’t afford to waste time making the wrong IT product fit your needs. We’ll help you to select the best IT products for your company.

Make the right technical decisions

Vendors want to sell their technologies – their advice is not independent. Equinox is a trusted and independent IT advisor. We will help you to make the right IT architectural and technical decisions to support your current circumstances and future aspirations.

Mapping NZVIF’s Seed and Venture Fund Processes

Equinox originally mapped the NZ Venture Investment Fund’s business processes in 2006 and was asked back recently to update them to ensure they continued to provide an accurate point of reference for agreed practices and repeatable processes.

"Matt Johnston of Equinox brought a wealth of modelling and IT architecture experience to our business process mapping exercise. This was hugely valuable to NZVIF and we were very lucky to have him."

Franceska Banga, CEO, NZVIF
