Meet Deane Sloan
Deane is Equinox IT’s Software Development Director and Chief Technology Officer. Deane started with Equinox IT in 2000 as a Software Developer and over the years has performed many development and consulting roles before becoming our CTO and subsequently our Software Development Director. Even as a manager the geek chromosome is strong in Deane. Never talk to him about the X-Files, he has it catalogued in his brain by series and episode.

Meet Martin White
As Development Team Leader, Martin takes responsibility for software project deliverables and the development activities performed by his team. Martin is a Certified ScrumMaster and has helped lead the adoption of Agile-Lean practices within Equinox’s Business Application and Product Development line of business. When Martin is not skippering development activities at Equinox IT he can often be found skippering a yacht somewhere in Wellington harbour.
