Cameron is a Principal Consultant in Equinox IT’s Architecture Consulting Practice and is also a certified instructor delivering Equinox training courses. With a strong background in architecture, consulting and software product sales, Cameron also gets actively involved in business development at Equinox IT. A self-proclaimed petrol head and rally driver, double check your life insurance and buckle in tight if he ever offers you a ride.

George is our Architecture Practice Director and leads the Equinox IT architecture consulting engagements. Prior to joining Equinox George was the Chief Architect at Contact Energy and has an extensive background in the leadership of architecture and IT governance. He is always open for a conversation, although be careful not to ask the difference between behaviour and structure or methodology and practice, it could take hours...

As Business Change Practice Director, John leads the business change consulting activities at Equinox IT. In addition to his consulting and practice leadership responsibilities John is also a certified instructor delivering business analysis training courses as part of our Learning Services. Prior to joining Equinox IT in 2006 John had extensive experience in banking business analysis and leadership roles. As the most level-headed person in the company, John can always be relied on for considered and sound advice.

As Consulting Director, Julian heads up all of Equinox IT’s consulting activities. Julian has a solid background in technical architecture and strategic IT management roles before joining Equinox IT in 2011. Be wary of being drawn into a discussion on cattle farming with Julian or organise someone in advance to call you away urgently. Keep an eye out for Julian’s ‘Gangnam Style’ dance moves which he is known to showcase from time to time.

Paul is a Founder and Director of Equinox IT and also works as a Principal Consultant within our Consulting line of business. And if that is not enough, Paul is also a certified instructor delivering Equinox training courses. Paul is an active leader in the broader IT community and is currently the co-chair of NZRise and the Immediate Past President of the IIBA New Zealand chapter. A natural orator Paul is Equinox IT’s equivalent of Abraham Lincoln, only much shorter (without the hat).
