BPMN 1.1 to 2.0 Bridging the Gap
Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) has become the de facto standard for business-friendly process modelling notation.
BPMN version 2.0 was finalised in 2011. It enhances the notation elements from version 1.1 to allow for automation, as well as for dealing with a broader set of business-related scenarios. The new notation elements deal with real-world business process issues, such as escalation without terminating an activity, or handling ‘spanner in the works’ types of events in ongoing business processes.
This half day course is aimed at those who have been trained in BPMN 1.1 and wish to take advantage of the new features in BPMN 2.0 and enhance their process modelling knowledge.
Like all Equinox courses, the ‘BPMN 1.1 to 2.0 Bridging the Gap’ course is delivered by seasoned practitioner consultants who undertake business analysis activities on a daily basis.
