Introduction to Business Analysis
Business analysis is a broad and exciting profession and skill set. Your role is to understand businesses, their needs and their problems and then help assess and validate solutions to fulfil these needs or solve these problems. In the process you will be involved in a wide range of activities including analysis, requirements management, communication, solution assessment and validation, and planning.
This course provides a pragmatic introduction to key business analysis concepts and the business analyst role. It includes a number of hands-on exercises to apply what you learn. It is targeted at those who are new to Business Analyst roles or considering moving into this profession.
