PRINCE2: Foundation with Practitioner

This PRINCE2 course is delivered by CC Learning (also known as Crazy Colour) who are an Equinox training partner. CC Learning is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for PRINCE2.

 

This course provides you with practical knowledge of how to manage projects using the PRINCE2 method. The course includes the APMG PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Successful delegates will gain certification at PRINCE2 Practitioner level.

 

The course includes pre-course study followed by a five day instructor led training course with two examinations. The Foundation PRINCE2 exam is held on day three and is a one hour multiple-choice closed-book examination with 75 questions (38 to pass). The Practitioner PRINCE2 exam is held on day five, a three hour multiple-choice open book (PRINCE2 Manual only) examination with a total of 360 marks available (50% to pass).

 

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) provides common processes, management products roles and language for use throughout all an organisation's projects. PRINCE2 is the most successful project management method in the world – it has become a de facto standard in both the private and public sectors.
