Requirements Analysis Framework
Quality requirements are fundamental to project success, and consequently poor quality requirements are often cited as a major contributor in project failure. This course sets out a practical requirements analysis framework that you can apply on your projects to ensure that requirements best practice is followed. A concrete case study is used to help you understand and apply the framework.
The framework includes both an analysis process and a requirements management strategy, and you will be shown where requirements practices, techniques and deliverables fit into these approaches. As such, the course is a ‘roadmap’ for analysts and is an important platform providing context for business analysis practices, techniques and deliverables, which are outlined in this course and explored in detail in Equinox’s other courses. Emphasis is given to current techniques and deliverables.
The ‘Requirements Analysis Framework’ course is delivered by seasoned Equinox consultant practitioners who apply the framework and practices presented in this course on a daily basis.
