Chris Nikitas and his 'Certified Agile Leadership' London experience

On 19-20 April we will be delivering a one-off certification course in Auckland - Certified Agile Leadership, with international trainer and Certified Enterprise Coach Michael Sahota.

The biggest challenge to successful Agile adoption is making the necessary deep change in organisational culture. The certification is for anyone involved in Agile adoption and transformation and addresses areas vital to success - culture, leadership and fostering lasting change.

The course is receiving superb praise internationally. So I got on a Skype call with Chris Nikitas, an Agile Coach who attended Michael's 'Certified Agile Leadership' London course, to hear about his experience on the course.
