"The performance engineering of complex, integrated systems is not something that can be taught in the classroom. It comes from identifying and solving problems across numerous systems, from collaborating with various vendors for different parts of integrated technologies, and from analysing volumes of data to find the one insight that may provide a clue. We take a comprehensive approach and have earned a reputation for finding and solving performance problems that others can't."

Richard has broad industry experience across telecommunications, utilities, insurance, media, education, petroleum and government.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Natural Sciences (specialising in Theoretical Physics) from Cambridge University.

In his spare time, Richard is an avid windsurfer and paddle-boarder.
