The Equinox Managed Services gives you access to our New Zealand-based service desk channels and a dedicated team of expert cloud and DevOps support engineers during regular business hours.
Upon receiving a request, the support team will triage, investigate, recommend and implement resolutions to incidents and requests logged through our service desk.
