Deane understands that change happens non-stop. So, he is non-stop in his knowledge gathering, too. He's graduated from the Stanford 'd.school' Design Thinking Executive Programme, is a certified Agile Leader and ScrumMaster and a member of the Institute of Managers and Leader Australia and New Zealand.
Lately, he has been studying the application of artificial intelligence technologies in business settings so you might have seen him at one AI conference or another.
Adopting a pragmatic approach means he can expertly adapt to your unique conditions, constantly improving and iteratively implementing changes that build lasting outcomes.
