BPMN for business process modelling

Description

On this 2-day course, participants will gain an understanding of business process practices and will learn to document these processes using the expanded set of notation elements in BPMN v2.0. The course is very hands on with multiple exercises and examples for BPMN models. Modelling is performed on paper and does not use or enforce any particular BPMN modelling software tool.

Business process modelling is an essential component of successful business architecture, business change, and software project initiatives. It can be used to identify business problems, standardise ways of working, optimise business activities, and identify areas for automated solutions.

Updated to the new Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) version 2.0, this course applies the concepts of business process modelling using BPMN - the broadly adopted standard notation for graphically representing business process workflows.

Like all Equinox courses, the ‘BPMN for Business Process Modelling’ course is delivered by seasoned practitioner consultants who undertake business analysis activities on a daily basis.

For groups of five or more, please contact us to discuss hosting a private course in-house at your place.
