'Inviting Organisational Growth' videoed meetup with Michael Sahota

Agile is a means to achieving organisational goals, such as organisational growth. The biggest challenge to successful Agile adoption is changing the organisational culture. It's not about practices, it's about people.

The following video by 'Adventures with Agile' is from a London meetup held two weeks ago where Michael Sahota, Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach, engaged with the audience on topics relating to organisational growth, Agile adoption, culture and leadership. Some of the areas covered:

  • Organisational growth starts with changing yourself
  • To grow and change people need safety and equal voice
  • Organisational agility requires different leadership - either the organisation doesn't change, leaders are replaced, or existing leaders grow.

Michael was in London to deliver the new Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership course, which focuses on the areas vital to successful Agile adoption - culture, leadership and fostering lasting change.

The London course received superb feedback from attendees. "What more can I say? Amazing two days, an immersive experience with amazing people and the great Michael Sahota constantly challenging my beliefs" Christoforos Nikitas, Agile Coach, London course.

Michael will deliver the Certified Agile Leadership course in Auckland on 19-20 April 2017.
